He was respectful, informative, and hands-on without being push at all. We connected and it made the deal easy. Jimmie Page, the manager, was a pleasure to work with as well and this was a very easy deal to accomplish. So far my review is one of excellence and I fully expect that I will be treated with respect and top notch service at every juncture from here on out. I had the same relationship with my prior luxury auto dealer and was very hesitant to switch brands. The Genesis line is not to be underestimated, is a luxury vehicle and performs at an insane level. We had a great experience at Napletom Hyundai/ Genesis. Will Toro was really knowledgeable about the cars we were asking about. We started doing research and then wanted to see the cars in person. We were not ready on our first visit and Will was very respectful of that. Will later was willing to give us more info without having to come in to the dealership. Thanks Will!

Had a pleasant experience purchasing our GV70. The whole staff (Adam, Dan, Jimmie, Najeela) were knowledgeable, kind, and reasonable and made the buying process relatively smooth!
